How It Works
Step 1: Contact MiCasa
Simply press "Request Services" at the bottom of any page or select "Contact" from the Menu Bar.
Step 2: Schedule a Complimentary Consultation
This is where MiCasa meets their future client. At your home, a MiCasa team member can best assess the company's fit for your pet's care.This time is used to play with your pet, discover their routines and answer any questions you may have.
Step 3: Agreement and Keys
A general service agreement will be left for review and to be filled out at your convenience. A copy of your key will secure your booking and be kept in our client lock box (for your security, addresses are not marked on keys).
Step 4: Issuance of Services
This is where MiCasa works its magic. Walking, running, playing, feeding, grooming, picking up after your pet and ourselves while caring responsibly for your home. You will have access to daily updates and pictures/video of your pet participating in the outlined activities. You pick the level of contact and communication you would like from us while you are away.
Step 5: Key Return and Completion
Welcome Home! A MiCasa team member will meet with you to arrange for payment and return your keys. An update of how things went will be given at this time. Any observations will also be shared at this time via in person, e-mail or text update.
